Summary: Not ideal for popcorn...
Comment: I was hoping this would be a white cheese powder that wold work well on popcorn, like some I've purchase elsewhere in the past. It is not ideal in my opinion for popcorn, as it is more powdery than granular. It doesn't really shake out onto the popcorn, and doesn't have other flavors mixed in like some cheddar popcorn toppings do. So it takes quite a bit to give popcorn that white cheddar flavor.
Has a mild flavor, probably good for sauces.
